Because the edges follow freeways and boulevards, we confirm the exact address before assuming a permit path. A building across Hawthorne Boulevard or Prairie Avenue may sit in Inglewood and answer to that city's office.

County permits and the drive from Van Nuys to Lennox

Lennox has no city hall. Los Angeles County governs it through the Board of Supervisors, and county offices handle permits. Make sure any quote reflects the county process, not a city one.
